The Weight of Responsibility is the third installment of the D&D Encounters Celebration.  This is part 3 of a 4 part, drop-in / drop-out, mini campaign.

Title:  Red Wizards' Gambit: The Weight of Responsibility

Description:  Under orders from the Red Wizard Delia D’caryn, Thayan mercenaries have kidnapped four Rashemi vremyonni, renowned for crafting powerful magical items. They are forcing the third of these prisoners to craft boots that allow the wearer to fly. He’s being held at a sacred site atop a mountain.

Character Level:  5

Starting gold:  NA

Stat Generation:  Standard Array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8) or Point Buy (27 points)

Equipment:  Normal starting equipment, plus one common magic item (or select a Potion of Healing instead of the magic item)
