Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (holidays, special events, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with us, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to:
- Provide order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor
- Dispute the chargeback with all available evidence
- Suspend or block future orders from the associated account, email, IP address, or shipping address
Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming an item was not received when tracking confirms delivery) may be reported and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and secure. Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout and marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Theft after delivery
- Carrier delays or errors once the package has been handed off
High-Risk Orders
We may require additional steps for certain orders, including:
- Signature confirmation upon delivery
- Identity verification
- Cancellation and refund if verification cannot be completed
Abuse of Policies
